This special seminar conducted by the Hong Kong Dolphin Conservation Society, together with the Department of Biology and Chemistry of the City University of Hong Kong, was held on 21 May 2005 at the City University of Hong Kong. With the speaker Dr. T.A. Jefferson from the U.S., who is the Principal Investigator of the project, the seminar had nearly 30 attendants who were interested in learning more about this locally brand-new technique on cetacean research. Dr T.A. Jefferson, together with Dr. Paul Lam, a professor from the Department of Biology and Chemistry of the City University, had given detailed explanations to the participants' inquiries. Some attendants even stayed behind after the seminar to further discuss with our speakers.
